Brigittes Fall Revive & Renew Retreat

This R&R Retreat is an amazing way to hit the reset button.

October 7th, 8th, 9th(Friday 4pm – Sunday at noon)

Set in one of my favorite places in all the world. The Cabin. (Located about 1 hour from Salt Lake City, UT). Get ready to spend a few days with me that will do wonders for your soul. We”ll LIVE SLOW while we reconnect with our body and mind in a beautiful mountain setting. This will be extremely intimate. There are only 6 spots available.

We will spend time learning, relaxing, moving our bodies, eating YUMMY food (some chef-cooked meals that are to die for)! hot tubbing, sitting around the fire, ranger riding in the mountains, talking, baking, laughing and connecting. I”ve prepared your welcome bags already and I can”t wait to see you open them. This experience is absolutely dreamy and I am so excited to share my happy place with you.

Love,

Brig

*All rooms are shared. The two queen beds are also shared so you and a bestie can sign up together too! Or come ready to meet a new roommate for the weekend.
